On 22 January 2026, CULines held its Annual Year-End Leaders Meeting at its Singapore office. Senior management, department heads, and overseas representatives from more than ten countries and regions gathered under the theme “One Team · One Vision · One Future” to further clarify the company’s five-year strategic development plan and action roadmap.

During the meeting, CULines established an organisational capability framework centred on professionalism, agility and Global Operational Management, and outlined action plans for leadership development among management teams as well as the cultivation of young high-potential talent.

This meeting followed the mid-year management meeting held in Hong Kong in September, and once again brought the core management team together to focus on organisational capability and corporate culture, aiming to strengthen the company’s soft power and differentiated strengths.

Against the backdrop of sea breeze and sunshine, the annual meeting delivered a clear and confident message: to embrace change, move forward together, and open a new chapter of high-quality development with an international perspective and practical actions.
