To provide more capacities for small and medium-sized enterprises, CULINES launches US service in July

2021-07-02

In order to meet the booming demands of shipping space and the shortage of export logistics supply chain resources, CULINES adheres closely to market trends and customer demands.

Through coordination and deploying of containerships and equipments, CULINES will launch its first Trans-Pacific Express Service (TPX) on July 18 linking China to the West Coast of United States. The new service concentrates on providing solutions to major foreign trade customers, especially small and medium sized companies.

Five 1,700-4,400TEU container vessels will be deployed on the TPX service, which trades directly from Shanghai to Los Angeles of USA, providing customers with point-to-point express service.

At the first stage of July and August, the TPX will provide 2-3 voyages per month by small size ships. Along with larger size vessel entering in September, it will be upgraded to a weekly service.

In addition, CULINES has nominated Norton Lilly, the mainstream shipping agent in the American shipping market, as the POD agent to ensure to provide high-quality local service.

As a small supplement to MLO, the new US service of CULINES strives to make a modest contribution to the supply of export shipping capacity in China and the smooth delivery of international logistics.
