On March 9, the New Year of the lunar year of the Dragon, in the first month of the lunar year, CULines held the 2024 Spring Annual Dinner with the theme of “Riding the Wave of the Dragon to Prosperity”. In 2023, faced with the downturn of the shipping cycle, we made quick decisions to overcome the difficulties. In 2024, with the arrival of the spring ,we would like to express our gratitude to every CULines colleague and partners who perseveredand forged ahead with the group. Let us continue to set off and go hand in hand to embark on a beautiful journey in the new year!

More than 170 colleagues, including representatives from the group headquarters, Shanghai and Singapore headquarters, overseas agency partners, and representatives from China and overseas offices, gathered in Shanghai to participate in this spring annual dinner.

In order to further advocate a positive, healthy and progressive corporate culture, adhere to the "3+1" corporate values of creating value for investors ,employees and customers, and contribute to society, we will promote the concept of "illuminating the spirit of not only ourselves, but also illuminating the spirit of everyone around us" , The company invited Professor Peng Kaiping, dean of the School of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University and a famous psychology expert, to share his views on "How to live a happy and beautiful life - Suggestions from positive psychology" . The sharingencourages employees to maintain a positive mentality and learn to face challenges and difficulties. No matter whether the flowers bloom or fall, the tide rises or falls, or the clouds roll, everyone should persist in doing meaningful things, overcome challenges, and move forward steadily.

In the evening, the Spring Annual Dinner  kicked off with an award ceremony for agents with outstanding performance.
