CULines started offering a new Far East – Middle East service, marketed as 'Galex'.

The Galex service covers Busan, Qingdao, Xiamen, Nansha, Dachan Bay, Port Kelang (Westport), Jebel Ali, Dammam, Busan. The first sailing of CULines on this service started with the departure of the 6,765 teu ESL SANA from Busan on 26 March.

This new 'Galex' adds to CULines two existing Far East – Middle East loops: the China-Gulf ‘AGX’ service, and the Southeast Asia - Western India - Gulf ‘VGX’ loop. CULines direct services to the Middle East will cover major ports in North China, East China, South China, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. This will further meet the shipping needs of our customers for direct transportation to the Middle East.
