On September 26-27 2024, CULines Chairman Mr Raymond Chen and Vice President & CTO Mr Teo Yew Ping were invited to attend the 30th anniversary celebration of Westports, where a groundbreaking ceremony of Westports 2 Container Terminal took place. The event was graced by the presence of Malaysian Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim who delivered a keynote speech highlighting the importance of this milestone.

Westports, being a vital hub port along the Belt and Road Initiative, is a significant partner of CULines. Both parties have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and fostering win-win developments for the future.

During the celebratory dinner, Mr. Raymond Chen presented a commemorative souvenir to Westports' Executive Chairman and Group CEO, Mr. Datuk Ruben Emir Gnanalingam, symbolizing the deep bond and fruitful cooperation between the two organizations.

Additionally, while in Malaysia, Chairman Raymond Chen took the opportunity to visit the CULines Malaysia office to discuss strategic initiatives and the company's next steps for growth and development within the Malaysian market.
