CULines Works with You to Battle against COVID-19

Notice on Postponing Work Resumption   My sunny day comes only when you are sound

Dear customers and partners,

Dear CULines staff,

Following the people-first principle, CULines is showing full support for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic. We plan to reduce gatherings and block the spread of the virus, to better protect the health of all employees and their families. Also, we work in line with control measures introduced by the state and the society. Subject to the latest notification released by the General Office of the State Council and local governments on the postponement of work and production resumption, CULines has decided to postpone its work resumption accordingly. Detailed arrangements are as follows:

According to the notices of local governments, the Shanghai Operational Headquarters, all Guangdong branches under South China Regional HQ, and Ningbo Branch have extended the CNY holiday to February 9 (the 16th day of the first month in lunar calendar, Sunday), and will resume work on February 10 (Monday). From February 3 to 9, for any requests, please feel free to contact the sales and customer service representatives of our offices.

Other branches in Mainland China will provisionally extend the CNY holiday to February 2 (the 9th day of the first month in lunar calendar, Sunday), and resume work on February 3 (Monday) in accordance with the notice of the General Office of the State Council. If there are any updates from local governments, we will follow and make arrangements accordingly.

The Hong Kong Branch will resume work as usual on February 3 (Monday).

The Taiwan Branch will resume work as usual on January 30 (Thursday).

The rest overseas companies and agents will work in accordance with the local working hour systems.

Uninterrupted Services

While working with the entire society to fight the pandemic, we will help ensure the normal operation of the shipping logistics system. In view of the particularity of the industry, we are launching a business continuity response program during the extended holiday. The operation and customer service windows in all branches will work hard to keep communication and operation smooth through flexible on-duty shifts, telecommuting and other methods.
