Internal Sharing · Joyful Dialog- CULines strengthened its organizational construction

2024-12-18

On December 12, CULines successfully held its 13th Internal Sharing Session, focusing on key maritime topics such as OOG (Out of Gauge) Cargo, Vessel Stowage Planning, Bunker Management, and Cost Control. Jimmy Jiang, Senior Manager of the Marine Operations Team, delivered insightful case studies and led an interactive Q&A session, enabling participants to deepen their expertise and enhance their operational skills.

President Kevin Ding participated in the event, emphasizing the company’s commitment to building a strong organizational culture through two signature initiatives: “Internal Sharing” and “Joyful Dialog.” These programs aim to cultivate talent, enhance organizational capabilities, and foster a thriving corporate culture.

“As an enterprise rooted in China with an international presence, we are dedicated to providing our team with high-quality learning platforms, communication tools, and development opportunities,” said President Ding. “We encourage our colleagues to expand their professional and global perspectives. By learning from one another and appreciating each other's strengths, we draw positive energy to support personal growth and drive the company’s progress and success.”

This session underscores CULines' ongoing efforts to empower its team, strengthen collaboration, and ensure operational excellence on a global scale.

Internal Sharing: Focusing on professionalism and growth to create a learning organization.

Internal Sharing serves as a dedicated training platform for CULines employees, designed to enhance business skills and professionalism through knowledge sharing and practical experiences. This year alone, the company has conducted 13 sessions covering a diverse range of topics, including Liner Service Planning, Chartering Practices, Vessel Scheduling, and Contract Compliance, alongside wellness activities like dance and psychology courses. Sessions feature lecturers such as department heads, senior industry experts, and university professors. Closely aligned with real-world work scenarios, these programs provide invaluable learning opportunities that drive both individual growth and corporate development.

Joyful Dialog: Bringing Cognition Closer, Unifying Ideas, and Enhancing Organizational Collaboration.

Complementing this initiative is Joyful Dialog, an internal communication platform designed to foster open and informal dialogue between management, front-line departments, and business teams. Through gatherings like tea parties and shared meals, the platform encourages free exchange of thoughts, alignment on key issues, and collaborative problem-solving. This year, Joyful Dialog has yielded valuable suggestions, particularly in areas of cross-regional and cross-cultural collaboration, leading to enhanced operational capabilities and improved efficiency.

CULines is committed to a "people-oriented" approach that aligns employee growth with company development. Through an effective training system and improved communication, we help our employees advance in their careers, fostering a professional and efficient team that delivers better services to our customers and supports sustainable company development.
