The signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement is an extension of the partnership between CULines and New Golden Sea Shipping. Previously, the two parties co-launched the SHX service, which has completed its maiden voyage from the Hainan Free Trade Port (Hainan FTP) in Yangpu. Furthermore, the four-side agreement is expected to lay a solid foundation for CULines to connect the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to Hainan FTP, and expand its strategic service network covering Southeast Asia lines and India-Pakistan lines.
As agreed, all the parties will step up cooperation and give full play to their professional strengths in line with the principle of “advantage complementation and win-win results”. Through strategic partnership surrounding business expansion, information sharing, technological innovation, operation and management, etc., we will seek seamless connection between ports and shipping, provide customers with more convenient, smooth, top-class and efficient logistics services, and contribute to shared economic and social development.
