01DG application by private routes

1）When booking DG spaces, please make a DG application in the system, fill in the required information and upload relevant MSDS and other necessary attachments.

2）Send an email to CUL DG DESK. The email should only contain the subject (Please note that BOOKING NUMBER must be filled in), and the subject format is as follows: Subject: CI1/CUL/DG- 18 / VSL : XIN MEI ZHOU V/129E -/ NHAVA SHEVA - KARACHI / 9 / 3077 /III / CULNSA19011807 - 01 X 20ST.

3) After receiving the email, CUL DG DESK will directly vet it in the system according to the BOOKING NUMBER (no email reply). Please check the BOOKING status in the system, and please make sure that the BOOKING status changes from WAITING to FIRM before releasing orders to customers.

02DG application by partner routes

1）When booking DG spaces, please make a DG application in the system, fill in the required information and upload relevant MSDS and other necessary attachments.

2）Following the previous practice, send the DG application to CUL DG DESK via email, and CUL DG DESK will forward the application to PARTNER DG DESK and copy it to each applicant. The application email format is as follows: Email subject: CI1/CUL/DG- 18 / VSL : XIN MEI ZHOU V/129E -/ NHAVA SHEVA - KARACHI / 9 / 3077 /III / CULNSA19011807 - 01 X 20ST Body format: Please refer to the attached email.

3）CUL DG DESK will complete the corresponding approval in the ALLEGRO system based on the replies of PARTNER DG DESK. Applicants can check the BOOKING status in the ALLEGRO system, and please make sure that the BOOKING status changes from WAITING to FIRM before releasing orders to customers.

03Loading special cabinets (DG/OOG/SPECIAL CARGO, etc.) without approval, that is, BOOKING status is WAITING, will result in:

1）The system cannot generate the invoice.

2）The Loading List/Discharge List won’t show the cargo as special containers, which will bring inconvenience to the ports of loading and discharge.

In addition, if the special cargo is loaded without being approved in the system, all consequences arising from the special cargo shall be borne by the booking party.
