1.Responsible contracts & rates are compliance with FMC & SSE regulation with accurate and timely filing.
2.Establish and maintain close effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and customers.
3.Proactively monitor and analyze origin allocation and forecasts, vessel performance, loading factors, vessel daily positions to ensure full utilizations.
4.Strategizing new & existing routes and implement pricing strategies to achieve given objectives and all decisions/strategies made are aligned with Group/Management direction.
5.Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Skills & Knowledge
1. Min. Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies with Specialization in International Trading/ International Business or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years relevant experience in the container shipping/ freight-forwarding (ocean freight) industry.
3. Proficient in consulting techniques, research, analysis and assessment of information and dissemination and communication of insights to key decision-makers.
4. Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin.

2.Assist on voyage-based allocation for areas and control, manage pricing and space allocations with the aim to improve utilization and Trade performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
1.End-to-end recruitment activities. Provide feedback and evaluation of first round of interviews to Hiring Manager, Internal and External Stakeholders.
2.Work closely with internal stakeholder to roll out HR Initiative that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees.
3.Compute payroll, bonus, special incentive payments and other relevant compensation items based on policy guidelines and staff’s eligibility in accordance with their employment terms. Handles on-boarding of workers including offer letter, bank opening, update their detail into system and personal files
4.Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems streamline processes.
5.Organize office activities (recycling, minor renovations, event planning etc.)
6.Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required.
7.Building new and updating existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities; administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
