On March 4, in the new phase of CULines’ Sharing Club, the company’s senior consultant Mr. LARS SOLBØ CHRISTIANSEN (Mr. Lars) shared his valuable life experience and industry understanding with company colleagues.

As a senior executive with experience in many internationally renowned companies, Mr. Lars talked about his career, focusing on his overseas work experience, encouraging everyone not to be afraid of difficulties, guiding everyone to clarify their ideals and pursuits, and do a good job in their careers planning.

At the same time, he also discussed the relationship between work and life with everyone, guided everyone to evaluate their own life and work status, interpreted their own mental state and behavioral patterns, and encouraged everyone to have the courage to step out of the "comfort zone" and have the courage to accept Unknowns and challenges, and actively face changes.
