Creating Our Shared Value | CULines Held the 2024 Global Agency Seminar

From 6th to 9th March, 2024, CULines held the 2024 Global Agency Seminar in Shanghai and hosted our agency partners to participate in CULines cultural exchange activities. Owner representatives and partners from various regions in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and other regional agencies, as well as personnels from various headquarters department attended this seminar which totaled 100 participants.

With the theme of " CREATING OUR SHARED VALUE", the global agency seminar aims to promote communication and collaboration between CULines and its business network, strengthen strategic awareness, value consensus and  coordination, and work together to provide customers and partners with  timely, stable and efficient shipping and logistics services.

The seminar provided insights into the  history of CULines, especially the ups and downs in recent years, provided forward guidance on the company's growth and layout in terms of products, capacity, market, network, team, brand, structure, etc.,.The participants exchanged ideas on seizing the market opportunities, focusing on long term goals and development of short and long haul trade. The management also shared the business philosophy of "doing business well and making good friends", clarified the business performance goals for 2024, and set specific targets and performance indicators The seminar encouraged everyone to strengthen their confidence, and believe that the while the journey might be tough, CUL will definitely reach the target set.

During the seminar, representatives from 23 regions and ports around the world, shared the local socioeconomic, market demand, shipping developments   as well as 2023 port performance, as well as their action plans to optimize CUL’s  products, reduce costs and improve revenue in 2024. 

The seminar also held group discussions on important issues such as optimizing liner management, strengthening cost control, improving operational service levels, improving container flow, and standardizing financial management, gathering wisdom, optimizing operations, and helping the company develop high-quality and sustainable development.

After the seminar, the company organized team-building gatherings and cultural exchange activities, which further brought the company team and global partners closer as a team. The concepts of trust, cooperation, win-win and development of the CULines family were deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
