夏季新員工培訓分享會
中聯航運重視人才培養,著力長期主義。8月3日下午,公司舉辦了一場富有活力的【中聯樂享會】——夏季新員工培訓分享會,來自上海運營總部、新加坡海外總部及各分支機構的新員工參加了此次培訓。
本次培訓分享會內容涵蓋了公司的發展概況、產品結構、網路佈局、業務流程、企業文化、員工規範、IT與財務制度等方面。新員工們通過系統的入職學習,得以全面瞭解公司的發展,融入公司的企業文化,以利快速進入工作角色。公司則藉以加強人才儲備和團隊發展,推進人才梯隊建設。

Part 1
工作地點:上海總部
01 集團財務部副總經理
1) 集團採購與稽核管理;
2) 集團內控和財務制度的優化和管理;
3) 集團報表管理與分析,財務風險預警及建議;
4) 集團現金流預測和管控;
5) 集團投融資管道的維護、管理和拓展;
6) 外部會計師審計和外部稅務工作的統籌管理。
02 財務會計專員
1) 供應商與客戶往來的對賬、開票和整理工作,憑證整理及裝訂;
2) 集團內子/分公司對賬工作,協助與督促收回款項;
3) 月度應收與應付賬款的結算與核算,匯總並出具應收賬齡報表;
4) 支持公司現金流預測和審計數據整理工作。
03 資金管理工作支持;
2) 月度財務數據和報表整理;
3) 協助預算管理工作;
4) 配合團隊開展跨國會計結算與核算;
5) 協助領導建立業務決策財務模型,賦能業務發展。
04 法務經理
1) 健全和優化集團法務管理制度和流程;
2) 集團投融資法律支持;
3) 集團合規風控管理;
4) 集團合同管理;
5) 參與公司重大事項和活動,並協助處理相關法律事宜。
05 箱管專員
1) 口岸集裝箱修箱工作進度和品質的監督與管理;
2) 口岸動態更新庫存以及超期櫃資訊監管;
3) 口岸Forecast管理。
06 商務專員
1) 操作成本類帳單的系統錄入和相應的跨部門溝通;
2) 協調與口岸以及供應商的溝通,對成本帳單進行復核;
3) 對相關收入帳單進行復核。
07 管培生
1) 2023/2024年本科或碩士畢業生;
2) 渴望在多元化環境中工作,注重挑戰和創新;
3) 優秀的人際溝通能力、學習能力和抗壓能力;
4) 出色的中英文溝通能力。英語口語熟練,可作為工作語言。
Part 2
工作地點:新加坡總部
Assistant Trade Manager
01/Trade Manager
1) Responsible contracts & rates are compliance with FMC & SSE regulation with accurate and timely filing.
2) Establish and maintain close effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and customers.
3) Proactively monitor and analyze origin allocation and forecasts, vessel performance, loading factors, vessel daily positions to ensure full utilizations.
4) Strategizing new & existing routes and implement pricing strategies to achieve given objectives and all decisions/strategies made are aligned with Group/Management direction.
5) Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Trade Executive
02/ Senior Trade Executive
1) Reports to the Assistant Trade Manager/ Trade Manager for assigned service management.
2) Assist on voyage-based allocation for areas and control, manage pricing and space allocations with the aim to improve utilization and Trade performance.
3) Management of Agency (by country level) for rate queries – Accurate and timely update of fixed charges and optimize the utilization to ensure profitability of the services.
4) Responsible in managing the communication and coordination with partners on operational processes.
5) Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
03 Executive/ Senior Executive,HR
1) End-to-end recruitment activities. Provide feedback and evaluation of first round of interviews to Hiring Manager, Internal and External Stakeholders.
2) Work closely with internal stakeholder to roll out HR Initiative that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees.
3) Compute payroll, bonus, special incentive payments and other relevant compensation items based on policy guidelines and staff’s eligibility in accordance with their employment terms. Handles on-boarding of workers including offer letter, bank opening, update their detail into system and personal files.
4) Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems streamline processes.
5) Organize office activities (recycling, minor renovations, event planning etc.)
6) Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required.
7) Building new and updating existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities; administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
8) Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
04 Admin Officer
1) Support in expatriate management matters, such as relocation and repatriation arrangements.
2) Plan and organize employee staff welfare activities, team-building activities, etc.
3) Responsible for handling and managing general office administration such as hotel/flight bookings, company monthly billings, pantry supplies and stationeries supplies, mailing and courier, company inventories monitoring (such as IT equipment, office equipment), etc.
4) Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
